A peace & conflict researcher, Mir works at the Berghof Foundation. He did his Masters in Peace Research and Security Policy at Hamburg University. His research/practice interests in the field of conflict and peace are systemic conflict transformation, cultural & religious dimensions, creative forms of dialogue, and the use of performing arts. Since 2010, Mir has participated in several TO workshops at Kuringa Berlin by Bárbara Santos, Christoph Leucht and Till Baumann, and then started as an interactive theatre practitioner - working with school children, youth and families in Berlin.
