So we asked Julia Felder, a student at Universität Innsbruck's MA Program for Peace Studies, about her life during and after TfL.
Q: How was the TfL experience for you?
JF: Great it couldn't be better, professionally and personally!
Q: Do you think you can use it in your work? If so, how?
JF: My field is elicitive peace and conflict transformation, so that's quite obvious :)
Q: What was your favourite aspect of the training?
JF: David's way of joking, his incredible awareness of the changing moment combined with his wisdom and structure.
Q: What was challenging?
JF: Interplay of personal emotional awareness and trying to focus on methods, but it was still a good balance.
Q: Is there anything you would change?
JF: The repetition of many things that I had already read about in the book (e.g. stories from prev. community workshops).
Q: Any other comments...?
JF: Thank you so much, David... and go on with what you are doing!
